Yes.

If a process qualifies for Agent Factory and we agree to move forward, Forceworks funds the development of the agent.

Yes.

We qualify applicants before scheduling because the workshop requires meaningful participation from both sides.

There isn’t a hidden development fee. There is, however, a commercial agreement.

Before we build the agent, we’ll agree on its success criteria, monthly subscription and initial subscription term. If we meet those criteria, the subscription begins. That’s what makes it possible for us to fund the development.

After the agent has met the success criteria agreed before development begins.

Not when we start development. Not when we reach a particular number of development hours. When the agent works.

The Agent Factory subscription doesn’t begin.

The development risk is ours.

Before development starts, both sides enter into an agreement defining the success criteria, subscription and term.

If the agent meets those criteria, the subscription begins as agreed. Otherwise Forceworks would be financing development projects that customers could simply take or abandon after completion.

The price is based primarily on the expected net economic value of the capability, not on our development hours.

We’ll estimate the value created, account for expected operating costs such as AI consumption, and agree on pricing before development starts.

No.

Value is an important basis for pricing, but not every benefit can be reduced to a simple labor-savings calculation. We’ll agree on an appropriate subscription for each agent before development.

You do.

The agent runs in your Microsoft Azure environment, and AI consumption is paid directly through your environment. Forceworks does not add a markup to your model consumption.

Your organization owns and pays for the Azure resources used to operate RapidClaw and your agents.

Those expected costs are considered when we evaluate the business case.

Yes.

Operating costs affect the overall economics of every Agent Factory opportunity. We also include ongoing technical optimization as part of maintaining the agent.

If we’re able to reduce the cost of performing the agreed work, you receive that benefit directly through lower consumption.

Where it makes sense and can be adopted safely, we can incorporate improvements that maintain the agreed agent capability while reducing cost or improving performance.

That’s part of the value of the ongoing managed service.

We’ll first attempt to preserve the economics through optimization, different models or architectural changes.

If an uncontrollable third-party cost increase fundamentally destroys the agreed business case and we can’t reasonably restore it, we’ll review the economics with you and the agent may be eligible for termination under the terms of the agreement.

The subscription covers the continued operation and maintenance of the agreed agent capability, including reasonable changes required because of changes in the AI technology, RapidClaw platform or underlying OpenClaw runtime.

Changes caused by material changes to your business process, source systems, data structures, APIs, permissions, third-party platforms or requirements are generally outside the ongoing maintenance commitment.

Those changes may require separately scoped work.

We’ll assess the impact.

If it’s a normal technical adjustment within the agent stack, it may be covered by the subscription. If your organization changes a source system, replaces an application, restructures data or materially changes the process, the required work may be separately billable.

We’ll identify that during underwriting.

Sometimes it makes economic sense for Forceworks to invest in the integration as part of the overall opportunity. Sometimes it should be funded separately. And sometimes it makes the agent uneconomic. We’ll make that determination before committing to the build.

Agent Factory is focused on processes, not employment decisions.

An agent may reduce the amount of labor required for a process, but what you do with the capacity created is entirely up to your organization. Many customers may choose to redirect employees toward higher-value work instead.

Agent Factory agents run on RapidClaw deployed into your Microsoft Azure environment.

The core RapidClaw infrastructure is deployed inside your Microsoft Azure environment.

The precise data flows depend on the process and any external systems the agent needs to access. We’ll identify those dependencies during design.

Your data and Microsoft cloud environment remain yours.

The managed RapidClaw agent capability is provided as part of your active Agent Factory subscription. If the subscription ends, that managed capability ends as defined by the agreement.

Absolutely. That’s the model.

Each process gets its own business case, qualification decision, success criteria and subscription. If the next process qualifies, we fund that agent too.

No.

Agent Factory is built around Microsoft Azure, but the business process itself can span Microsoft and non-Microsoft systems where appropriate integrations are available.

No. That’s one of the primary reasons Agent Factory exists.

You’ll still need business owners and subject-matter experts who understand the process. Forceworks handles the agent engineering, deployment and ongoing operation.

It depends entirely on the process. We deliberately avoid pretending every agent is the same.

Part of the workshop and underwriting process is determining the likely complexity and path to production.

No.

We guarantee the agreed agent capability, not business decisions or outcomes that depend on factors outside our control. The estimated economics help us determine whether the opportunity is worth pursuing and how the subscription should be priced.
